We’re Hiring – Marketing Manager

DNS Specialist Services is a consultancy firm dedicated to the Australian hospitality, gaming and leisure industries.

We’re an energetic, passionate team who live and breathe hospitality. We pride ourselves on generating real outcomes for our pub, club and casino clients across QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS and NT – and with our portfolio growing rapidly, we’re ready to expand our leadership team.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing expertise, and who thrives on building relationships with clients while guiding a talented team to deliver great results.


What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own client relationships – acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of venues, building trust and driving their marketing success.
  • Lead strategy & planning – develop tailored marketing and promotional plans that deliver business growth for clients.
  • Manage a marketing team – alongside our other Marketing Managers you will mentor and support marketing professionals, ensuring campaign execution is sharp, creative, and effective.
  • Drive campaign success – oversee key promotional campaigns (from Valentine’s Day to State of Origin), as well as brand activations across social, digital, and in-venue channels.
  • Champion continuous improvement – identify opportunities to refine processes, improve performance, and deliver even better results for clients.

This is not just a “make the posters and send the emails” role – it’s about consulting with clients, managing accounts, and steering strategy while still staying close enough to the creative to keep things fresh and fun.


What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally with client-facing or account management exposure.
  • A marketing qualification (degree or similar).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills – you can inspire trust with clients and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Confidence with social, digital and campaign planning tools (Meta, Canva, EDM/SMS platforms).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you don’t just “do the work,” you think about why it matters and how it can be better.
  • Hospitality or gaming industry experience will be highly regarded.
