With over 35 years of experience across hospitality and gaming, Riccardo brings deep operational knowledge, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for venue performance. Having worked across QLD, NSW and VIC in senior leadership roles, he understands firsthand the challenges venues face and what it takes to drive sustainable growth.

Experience:
Riccardo’s career spans clubs, pubs and major industry suppliers including Next Payments and Tabcorp. His previous roles include Group Gaming Manager, Venue Manager, Product Manager, Head of Customer Success, Head of Venue Performance, and Head of Product & Partnerships, giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective across operations, gaming, product, partnerships and customer engagement.

This breadth of experience allows Riccardo to work closely with venues to identify opportunities, improve performance, strengthen customer strategies and implement practical solutions that deliver measurable results. His approach is grounded, commercially focused and always people-first.

Riccardo holds a Diploma of Business in Hospitality Management and a Certificate in Telephone Counselling, reinforcing both his operational expertise and his ability to connect, communicate and lead effectively. Growing up on a farm in Far North Queensland instilled in him a strong work ethic and down-to-earth approach that continues to shape how he works with clients today.
